Pia Hans has been part of the COFERMIN team for seven months now and works in quality management. Her experience has been thoroughly positive and she has embraced the COFERMIN vibe. She is impressed by the strong team spirit and respectful communication:

“I look forward to coming to the office every day and seeing my colleagues.”

This respectful treatment was evident from day one and made her transition into the job much easier. She was particularly surprised at how quickly she was able to take on responsibility and how much trust was placed in her.

What she particularly likes:

“The different products and the area of feed and food law make the work particularly exciting.”

In quality management, she is constantly faced with new challenges, especially when new guidelines in the area of food and feed are published. These challenges are what make the job so appealing to Pia:

“I was allowed to work independently and develop personally right from the start, and when I had questions, there was always someone there to take the time to answer them.”

A highlight? “Definitely the positive feedback from my colleagues… and of course the Christmas party!”
