The Supervisory Board has decided to appoint Mr. Martin Polczyk as CEO of the COFERMIN Group, effective January 2026.
Over the past several years, Martin has played a key role in shaping COFERMIN from within the executive team, driving the company’s development from an operational leadership position. In his previous role as COO, he advanced COFERMIN’s progress especially in the areas of digitalization and ESG.
Martin’s new role as CEO comes with significant responsibility and, at the same time, represents a strong personal commitment to the COFERMIN Group’s core values.
