The youngest member of the COFERMIN Group is turning five. A good occasion to look back and take a glimpse into the future.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

We started out in 2021 with the idea of offering magnesium-based raw materials in a custom-tailored, technically well-thought-out way and without detours. What began as a three-person team in Bad Oldesloe is today a company with eleven employees, an international network, and a market presence that stretches from Germany across France and Austria all the way to global procurement markets.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

July 1, 2021 marked the official launch of our company\u2014right in the middle of a phase that was anything but easy for many businesses. Pandemic conditions, uncertain supply chains, volatile markets. And us? We were able to hold our ground and deliver anyway. Thanks to our already established network, in the first few years we were quickly able to build international supply chains, set up warehousing structures in Germany and France, and expand our product range in a targeted way.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

In 2022, two further milestones followed in the area of qualification and certification. With the QS certification for animal feed and the ISO 9001:2015 certification, we opened up an important market in the animal feed industry and set an early signal for quality and reliability.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

In 2023, our expansion into the field of biogas desulfurization followed with the platform eisenhydroxid.de.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Along with our economic growth, our team has grown as well. In 2024 and 2025, further additions to the team followed, along with new warehouse locations in Austria and the intensification of cooperation within the group\u2014particularly with COFERMIN Chemicals as a strategic partner.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Now you know the timeline, but why are we such a reliable partner?<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

We are different<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

In a market that often relies on standard products and high-volume business, we have taken a different path.<\/p>\n

Our focus always has been and always will be on the technically correct solution. The quick deal closing does not reflect our philosophy. \u2013 <\/em>Sven Rosemann<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

When you talk about the technically correct solution, it logically follows that you also need several sources in order to be able to offer various qualities, grain sizes, and classifications. By now, more than 75 magnesium sources around the world are part of our product portfolio. Especially in light of current events around the globe, this large network is an important factor in our ability to deliver. If a supplier drops out or prices rise, we can react and offer the customer a solution.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

So much for the product side. But if we stopped here, we would not live up to COFERMIN’s commitment to “take the supply of raw materials personally,” nor to our own philosophy. Because here, too, solutions are conceived from packaging (big bags, sacks, special packaging) through logistics all the way to expert classification. Alongside the raw materials they want, customers also get a reliable partner.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Sven Rosemann, our managing director, sums this up once more in the biggest learning of the past five years:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

What pleased me the most was how much in this industry still revolves around personal relationships. We decided early on to stay close to our customers\u2014both technically and on a personal level. That pays off, especially when the market is marked by upheavals and difficulties.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

What comes next?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

As you can see, we are growing. In doing so, it’s important to us: no rushed pace, no growth for growth’s sake.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Still, Sven Rosemann does venture a brief outlook.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Carefully tapping into new markets, deepening existing business areas, and further expanding our collaboration with COFERMIN Chemicals. These are our upcoming goals and expectations.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
